My vision is “To Bring World together”.
I love to think and act to solve the problems. Being a teacher, philosopher, trainer, coach want to contribute efforts to bring Suswarajya. My vision is “To Bring World together”. I understand ill acts but have pity towards the person who is responsible for ill acts. Awareness and importance of humanity should be spread. It is possible by noble tasks of matured persons.
Friends, currently I am a teacher in Chemistry at Sant Rawool Maharaj college, Kudal, Dist. – Sindhudurg. State – Maharashtra (India). I born at Yallur, a village in Belgavi taluka in Karnataka. Brought up at Kankavali and Kudal (Taluka places in Sindhudurg district). My past of childhood inspires me to work for humanity, as I come across adorable friends, teachers, mother with several virtues and father with strong willpower. My academic journey was started by able guidance of Raut mam, who allowed me to start my education at early age and blessed me by her noble acts, she could nurture leadership qualities within me and supported a lot for learn to learn. Later on Dhekane madam, Satam madam, Kanekar madam shaped my approach towards study. I remember the day when my teacher Magadum sir from Vidyamandir highschool, Kankavali was dam happy, as I stood first in one maths exam all over the Maharashtra. Such a teachers with wishing good mentality I found. Guidance of our class teacher Vaze sir for consecutive three years (fifth to seventh grade) in Vidyamandir highschool was inspiring one. In addition, Savadatti sir, Kapase sir, Nadakarni sir, Mirajkar sir, Kanekar madam, Patil sir. Speaker in me was developed in Vidyamandir school. Dongare sir, one more brilliant noble teacher who was out of his voluntary interest was teaching us for scholarship exam preparation. Many friends I was with, few if I have to mention then, Vijay Degavekar, Gajanan Ghadi, Sadik Fakir, Santosh Marathe, Rajendra Ahiwale, Prasad Tawade, Mahesh Tawade, Samir Mangale, Sandesh Govekar, Nilesh Sapale, Anna Kode, Niranjan Dhawade, Nikhil Khedekar etc.
I remember the day when one college student (at that time) awarded me a camlin colour box when I was on the way to school as he was influenced by my speech. And that gentleman is Samir Nalavade, a political leader now a days.
As father was a NCC officer, I got ample opportunities to interact with disciplined, dynamic NCC cadets. Yes their spirit to win inspires me still. Few among those if I have to mention here the I will love to mention Narayan Andhari, Bandu Harne, Phondekar, Prakash Kulkarni. Though I was in school, I use to get guidance from colleagues of my father. My father was a teacher in Senior college at Kankavali.
My parents were with little concern about me as I was with very simple helping approach with each one. Their concern was people will take undo advantage of my simpleness, How will I grow? Therefore perhaps idea to admit me in Sainik school was dropped.
For 8th grade to pursue technical education I was admitted in S. M. Highschool, Kankavali. By bicycle, I and Santosh Sawant were use to go to school. Cricket was a game played more in school days. At home with friend circle Lagori, Daba express, Viti dandu, Kaji, Gotya, Vyapar, cards etc. were the games I enjoyed a lot.
In 1990-91, my father selected as a Principal of one senior college at Kudal. It was a emotional time for me to leave Kankavali where I spent unforgettable 12 years of my childhood. At Kudal also I found creative teachers. If I have to name few then, Samant sir, Terase sir, Bhide sir, Barde sir, Sawant mam, Deuskar sir had a impact on me. It was asked to me from home only to focus on study. NCC, sports and elocution activities were shrinked causing poor performance in academics. Sanskrit was a tough subject for me. But my friend Makarand Ponkshe coached me to learn Sanskrit properly. Ajit Dasai (Kaka), brilliant engineer use to play with we children. He had also impact on my personality. He taught me to learn by recording the sound and then by listening. Method was fabulous, aroused my interest to study.
Before to complete unit test exam (exam after 2 and half months) of 10th grade, we were shifted to Kuditre, a place in Kolhapur taluka. Mohite sir, Dandage sir, Deshmukh sir were the teachers who shaped me. Challenge was Sanskrit, I was the only student in school wanted to study full Sanskrit. Father did search for Sanskrit teacher to coach me. Desai sir from Vidyapeeth school, Kolhapur did hand holding to excel me in Sanskrit. He use to coach me, train me only in holidays. But supported me a lot to learn so difficult subject. I realized the importance of coaching from him. May be due to his legacy, I could coach my friends about academic subjects in my college carrier. For my S.S.C. exam Sangarul, a nearby village from Kuditre was a exam center for me. I was shocked to find support to do copy in exam center. It was the testing for my character. I am proud about my cool and honest attempt in exam despite of wrong practices I could do. It was the testing of my nature and integrity towards truth.
For 11th standard, I was I was admitted at Halkarni (Chandgad) college. Bhoite sir, Ajgaonkar sir, Joshi madam, Shaikh sir all were young and dynamic teachers. Boite sir gave us challenge to score 90 marks in Physics in First term exam. I attempted for 92 marks and scored 92, actually 8 marks questions which were on overleaf, I could not read as my mistake I somehow I considered only one page of question paper. Importance of accepting challenges and work for it I understood. Perhaps legacy of Bhoite sir I followed. For second term and complete year of 12th standard, I studied at M. R. junior college, Gadhinglaj (Kolhapur District). I could get well experienced and brilliant teachers there. Savekar sir, Padasale sir, Gorule sir, Sakpal madam, Kamatnurkar madam shaped my academic. I studied a lot, was not happy with coverage of answers in exam, I was finding time was less to attempt the answers. Concepts and answers for all questions I was with. After exam, I was expecting score of 85% in PCM, but actually I could score 76%. I dreamed to be an engineer when I was at 12th std. Reason was friend circle and mob mentality. I could get admission in engineering college, but I was asked to pursue graduation in pure science. First time I was disappointed but I settled myself shortly and asked question to me, Can I not do B.Sc. ? Can I not prove my abilities? Answer was never no. It was a turning point to be philosopher. I use to think about life. We were staying at Kagal and I was going to Vivekanand college, Kolhapur mere distance of 16 km. I use to travel by bus. I was observing people around me and was attempting to understand them. Emotional and social quotient developed there.
In 1996-97, I did my last year of graduation from G.S.S. college, Belgaum. Due to change in University I was in need to give eligibility test. Here I got exposure to variety of personalities, my habit of reading people helped me a lot. I practiced academic coaching in that year. Anand Patil was my best friend in those days. I did graduation in three main subjects viz. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. For post graduation studies I had given entrance exams for Mathematics and Chemistry. I was 7th and 11th in University merit for Mathematics and Chemistry respectively. It was asked to me to study Chemistry, I accepted it as it is without any hesitation. During the examination of first year M.Sc. I was sick, could give only one paper, so got ATKT. I remember, during my exam, despite of preparation, I was not able to appear for papers, I wrote a detail letter to my beloved parents, promising to pass in next attempt. As per pattern of Karnatak University ATKT exam was along with regular exam after one year. So, I was needed to appear for papers in M.Sc. I and II in consecutive days. It is said “ Whatever happens is for good”. Due to my ATKT I got the opportunity to study large spectrum of syllabus at once. It helped me to prepare for NET exam. On 19th June 1999, I appeared for my first interview after post graduation at S.R. M. college Kudal, College in which I am working now. One incidence I like to share, Many candidates were there in one classroom. By my usual nature and cooperative approach, I could interact with two energetic youngsters namely Shrikrishna Redkar and Shripad Ghadi. We became good friends from that day. I realized to be friend and to make friends, our approach matters more. I practiced my habit for more than two decades, therefore I am with vision, ‘to bring world together’. After interview, I was asked to join from Monday, 21st June 1999. My NET exam was at Pune on 20th June. I was needed to go to Belgaum and bus was not available for Belgaum. I could stay at Gawade sir’s residence in Sawantwadi. Gawade sir was my father’s friend. I decided to appear for NET exam next time and gave priority to join the duty. Contd…..
